Our Customer Service team works Monday through Friday from 9:

Some responsibilities of these positions include:
Email correspondence with customers submitting orders or inquiries.
Answering phone calls with customers to assist them with the ordering process or resolving any issues.
Basic Accounting practices such as entering Bills, Invoices, Payments, Updating Customer Information, etc.
Fulfilling Wholesale Orders by pulling products off the shelf, packing, and shipping.
Coordinating shipping logistics with shipping providers to ensure customers receive their orders on time.
