Summary:
Provide timely, efficient, accurate billing services to the customers at Marlette Regional Hospital.
Position Hours:
40 hours/week- Days.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
License/Certification:
Billing/Coding Certificate Preferred.
Experience:
Office Experience necessary.
Medical terminology and knowledge of hospital software preferred.
Requirements:
Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft programs Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work in a timely manner with accuracy and thoroughness Demonstrated ability to respond well to supervision and to work independently when appropriate Demonstrated excellence with communication and math skills and ability to work cooperatively with people.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with tact, diplomacy, attention to their importance, and understanding of responsibility involved Willingness to acquire new skills.
