We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Agent based in our Marlette, Mi office.
This position will be responsible for aiding current and future customers with products and services that we offer.
Our ideal candidates will have prior customer service, data entry experience and possess a positive and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
Processing due invoices for payments.
Review and rectification of locations Daily Work and Month End completion Completing bank deposits Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.
Working with Management in counseling of employees struggling in their roles.
Serves customers by answering product and service questions.
Attracts potential customers with a review of our product and services.
Helps new customers with opening an account and recording information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Schedules appointments for service and gas deliveries.
Reviews and Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint:
determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains customers financial accounts by processing payments, working A/R and collection efforts.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
